  • 选取600MHz Arm? Cortex?-M7高机能内核,支持多种硬件加快,内置超大可配高速存储空间,实现兼具高机能和低延长的实季节造。集成大量通用表设资源、高精度仿照表设及多种音视频接口;支持多种安全机造,为通讯过程的数据安全提供保险。全面合用于数字信号处置、电机变频、电源、储能系统、音频视频、图形图像、机械进建和人为智能蹬爪用。

  • 选取Arm? Cortex?-M33高机能内核,主频高达216MHz,全系列支持-40~105℃的宽温工作领域。凭借杰出的处置机能、丰硕多样的数字仿照接口资源以及强化的安全机能,可宽泛合用于数字电源、充电桩、储能逆变、变频器、伺服电机、光通讯等多元化场景。

  • 选取Arm? Cortex?-M33高机能内核,主频达到280MHz;内置多种主流表设、通讯接口以及音视频接口资源。最高支持7.5MB Flash,最高支持2MB法式RWW (Read-While-Write) OTA升级,满足复杂工业系统对于代码升级备份的需要。同时推出Security Boot and Update软件平台,提供安全启动、安全升级、安全通讯及软件规划;支持系统级IEC61508 SIL2等级职能安全尺度。

  • 选取Arm? Cortex?-M4内核,主频高达240MHz,具备急剧的实时处置能力,可支持算法复杂度高的嵌入式利用。集成多种高机能的工业尺度接口,为工控和物联网等设备互联需要提供高性价比解决规划。整合了壮大的运算效力和杰出的功耗效能,支持高级推算、通讯网络、人机界面等多元化利用场景。

  • 选取Arm? Cortex?-M33内核,主频高达180MHz。同主频下的代码执行效能相比市场Cortex?-M4产品提升了10%-20%。内置了全新的超高精度按时器,具备优异的防护抗滋扰能力,切合工业级高靠得住性和温度尺度。选取了高度集成化的创新设计,为实现宽泛的工控和互联利用建设了更为丰硕的尺度表设资源。
