概述

GD32A71x/GD32A72x/GD32A74 x系列车规级MCU选取了超高机能ARM? Cortex?-M7内核 ,支持单核、双核、单核锁步等三种配置 ,拥有120/160MHz两种主频 ,算力高达763DMIPS ,并建设了最高4MB片上 Flash和512KB SRAM ,支持双Flash BANK ,可满足无缝OTA升级需要。芯片选取2.97-5.5V宽电压供电 ,工作温度领域-40~+125℃ ,切合AEC-Q100 grade1尺度 ,工作寿命15年以上 ,为系统安全不变运行提供硬件保险。为实现多样化的车身节造和互联利用 ,该系列产品集成了丰硕的表设接口 ,支持8路 CAN FD ,12路 LIN多路高速车用总线接口 ,以及AVB和TSN的1x10/100Mbps以太网接口。支持6路SENT接口 ,满足底盘利用需要。在安全靠得住性方面 ,GD32A71x/72x系列切合ISO26262 ASIL B尺度 ,GD32A74x系列切合ISO26262 ASIL D尺度 ,并均满足国际Evita-full尺度信息安全要求 ,以及支持国密算法SM2/3/4 ,满足网络安全尺度ISO21434 ,助力出海需要。GD32A71x/72x/74x产品组合提供了5种封装共24个型号选择。

  • GD32A72x具备双核Cortex?-M7及M23独立信息安全核 ,主频160MHz ,2MB ,4MB两种Flash及LQFP144/176/BGA257三种封装配置 ,共6个型号。
  • GD32A74x支持Cortex?-M7单核锁步及M23独立信息安全核 ,主频160MHz ,1MB ,2MB ,4MB三种Flash及LQFP100/144/176三种封装配置 ,共9个型号。
